Dutch shipyard Mulder has launched the sixth unit in its ThirtySix series named Seaflower. The 36-metre yacht hit the water at Mulder's facility in Zoeterwoude, where the hull had arrived eight months earlier for outfitting.
The yacht began on speculation and was sold during construction to a "very experienced and well-known yachtsman," the yard said.
Similar to previous ThirtySix models, Seaflower features an exterior from British design studio Claydon Reeves with naval architecture courtesy of Van Oossanen Naval Architects. Her 300GT interiors remain under wraps.
The yacht is on schedule for delivery in June 2023, with plans to spend her first season cruising through the Mediterranean before making her official debut at the Monaco Yacht Show in September.
According to Mulder, the yacht's "intelligent layout" coupled with its "excellent sailing characteristics" has made the ThirtySix series one of "the most successful yachts in her size range".
The yard has delivered five ThirtySix yachts to date, including Solemates, with another four units in the series currently under construction.
