From Monaco to Capri, BOAT's yacht spotters keep a keen eye out for the standout superyachts dropping anchor in the Mediterranean, including La Datcha, Luna and Solaris

Totally Nuts in St Tropez

The 49.5 metre recently delivered high-speed Feadship superyacht Totally Nuts has been spotted in St Tropez, where it is still moored, according to BOAT Pro data. Totally Nuts, which first hit the water in August 2020, is fitted with three water jets to achieve competitive top speeds. 

Soaring in Beaulieu-sur-Mer

The 68 metre Abeking & Rasmussen superyacht Soaring has been spotted anchored off the coast of Beaulieu-sur-Mer in France. The yacht has now travelled down the coast to Nice, according to BOAT Pro data. Instantly recognisable for the vivid orange bootstripe along the grey hull, Soaring was first launched in 2020 and was designed by Focus Yacht Design. Soaring is listed for sale and charter with Ocean Independence

Luminosity in Monaco

The 107.6m Benetti superyacht Luminosity was spotted cruising off the coast of Monaco ahead of the Mediterranean summer season. Currently listed for sale, Luminosity was one of three 100m+ superyachts launched by Benetti in 2020, alongside IJE and Lana

Atomic in the French Riviera

The 64 metre VSY-built superyacht Atomic was spotted in the French Riviera ahead of delivery in 2020. After a short stop off, the yacht then crossed the Atlantic to be delivered to its owner in Florida.

La Datcha in Cap Martin

Damen’s SeaXplorer 77 expedition yacht La Datcha headed to Cap Martin following her delivery in 2020. The yacht has now embarked on a global charter itinerary managed by Edmiston. Designed by Azure Naval Architects, La Datcha features a massive 2,560GT interior with accommodation for a total of 12 guests and 25 members of crew.

Quantum Blue in Cape Martin

The 104 metre Lürssen superyacht Quantum Blue was spotted off the coast of Cape Martin. Delivered in 2014, Quantum Blue was designed by Tim Heywood and can accommodate up to 14 guests and 18 crew. 

Ragnar in Monaco

The 68 metre iec-breaking explorer Ragnar was spotted arriving into Monaco to mark the start of the yacht club's Monaco: Capital of Yachting Experience in 2020. Previously an icebreaker named Sanaborg, Ragnar was delivered following a conversion at Icon Yachts

Le Grand Bleu in Antibes

The 112.8 metre Bremer Vulkan-built superyacht Le Grand Bleu was spotted off the coast of Antibes. The appearance of  the yacht, which was delivered in 2000, came after completing a refit in the Netherlands. With an exterior designed by Pastrovich Studio, Le Grand Bleu can accommodate a total of 20 guests on board. 

Taiba in Capri

The 55.7 metre superyacht Taiba was spotted cruising around the Italian island of Capri. Built in 2015 by Columbus Yachts, Taiba was designed by Hydro Tec and accommodates a total of 17 guests and 14 crew members on board. 


Dilbar arriving in Monaco

The 156 metre Lürssen superyacht Dilbar was spotted arriving in Monaco following a short technical journey in Germany. Delivered in May 2016, Dilbar has a massive 15,917GT and boasts a number of record-breaking features including a 180 cubic metre swimming pool.
