Second "new generation" 56m sailing yacht well underway at Perini Navi

Perini Navi has announced that work is well underway on its full-custom ketch, provisionally known as C. 603. 

The 56-metre sailing yacht has been designed by Malcolm McKeon, with delivery scheduled for summer 2025.

Interiors are by Winch Design. The British studio has named "the constant fluidity of the ocean" as its inspiration, resulting in an interior with "organic contours", "rich, warm timbers" and "sand-coloured leathers and stones". Winch Design will also be creating a collection of bespoke exterior furniture for the new vessel.

Accommodation is across a full-beam master cabin, four guest cabins and six crew cabins. The sailing yacht will also feature a digital steering system for "pleasant" and "tactile" navigation.

"After the success of the 46.5-metre Art Explorer, [the world's largest sailing catamaran], the emotion towards our sailing yachts is ever stronger," said Giovanni Costantino, founder & CEO of The Italian Sea Group (TISG). "The experience and skills of the designers, combined with our consolidated know-how, quality and innovation, will give life to a yacht worthy of the large Perini Navi fleet."

Perini Navi was acquired by TISG in January 2022.
