A call to Robert McKeage at International Yacht Collection confirms the news that he and Kevin Merrigan of Northrop and Johnson, joint central agents for sale of the 47.5m superyacht MITseaAH, are offering a $500,000 bonus to any broker who closes on her before November 20th 2009.
Built by the UK’s Pendennis yard in 2004, MITseaAH is ABS classed and MCA compliant, accommodating 10 guests in a master, three doubles and a twin and, being a motorsailer, can reach speeds of 22 knots. She’s available for viewing at the Fort Lauderdale Boat Show asking $18.9 million.
