Thom Conboy at Merle Wood & Associates emails to say that he’s signed a joint central agency with Burgess in London for the sale of the 47m motor yacht Elandess II.

Elandess II was built by Heesen in 2008 and her contemporary Bannenberg interior boasts equisite detailing and is remarkably spacious, accommodating up to 12 guests in a master, three doubles and a twin along with two Pullman berths. With every conceivable amenity aboard, including zero speed stabilisers, she was a winner at last year’s World Superyacht Awards in the Best Displacement Motor Yacht under 500gt catagory. Elandess II is asking €29 million.
