Craig Cadwalader tells me that Ardell, as central agents for Hakvoort’s 34.1m motor yacht Sea Eagle, will be representing the Federal Receiver to sell this superyacht at auction.
The auction begins on March 11 and lasts for 60 days, concluding on May 10 with demonstration rides held on April 10. Built in 1990 and rebuilt from the hull up in 2005, Sea Eagle was seized from her previous owner, the disgraced banker Allen Stanford.
