Rodriquez 42m

New orders continue to roll in with Italian yard Rodriquez announcing that it has signed two contracts for a 41.6m and a 37m motor yacht.

RINA classed, the 41.6m motor yacht is designed by Canti & Associati with in-house naval architecture. This trideck, to be built in aluminium, will be powered by twin 1,417kW Caterpillar engines giving a top speed of 20 knots and a cruising speed of 18 knots.

The interior, also designed by Canti & Associati, will accommodate 12 guests in five cabins: a full-beam master on the main deck, two doubles and two twins plus two Pullmans on the lower deck. The bridge deck will host a large dining room, while the main deck will be dedicated to a large saloon.

Ordered by a Lebanese client, this superyacht will be launched mid 2013.

Rodriquez 37m

The second contract is for a 37m raised pilothouse motor yacht, also designed by by Canti & Associati with in-house naval architecture. RINA classed, this planing yacht will be built in aluminium. Her twin 2,340kW MTU engines will offer a top speed of 30 knots, a cruising speed of 28 knots and a range of 900 nautical miles at a more economical speed.

Her interior is also designed by Canti & Associati, accommodating nine guests in four cabins: a master forward on the main deck, two doubles and a twin plus a Pullman on the lower deck.

Ordered by an European client, this 37m RPH is scheduled for launch in late 2013.
