Luca Gianardi at Master Brokerage in Viareggio tells me he's closed on the sale of the 35m motor yacht Thalyssa S to a direct client.
A Ferretti Custom Line 112 designed by Studio Zuccon, she was launched in 2005 and had a full refit in 2013. A vast main saloon with oak panelling and parquet flooring has unobstructed views forward to the formal dining area and the space is dominated by large windows allowing natural light to flood in. The entire area is devoted to relaxation, with comfortable settees and an entertainment centre including a 52 inch television.
Outside, the upper deck and panoramic flybridge are both devoted to sun bathing and each has facilities for alfresco dining. Accommodation is for 10 guests in five staterooms including a master suite on the main deck. All staterooms have marble en suite bathrooms. Twin 2,775hp MTU engines give her a cruising speed of 24 knots and a maximum speed of 27 knots.
Thalyssa S will retain her name and the new owner intends her for private use. She was asking €4.2 million.
