Ferruccio Rossi steps down from Sanlorenzo

Ferruccio Rossi has officially stepped down from Sanlorenzo as executive director and general manager. According to a recent announcement, Rossi has relinquished all management powers previously granted to him by Sanlorenzo's board of directors, effective 8 April 2024 and will also be stepping down as company director as of 30 April 2024 under mutual terms.

The decision comes in the wake of the Group's 2022 reorganisation of key departments. Rossi will continue to serve as non-executive director until the end of October and will progressively step down from his positions within other areas of the Group during this period.
