Value of brokerage sales shows marginal increase in February

While the number of yachts sold in February fell from 32 to 23 compared to the previous month, the overall sales value saw a marginal increase from €153.3 million to €156.3 million over the same time period. 

This change would have been driven by the recorded increase in average sale price of 26.4 per cent, reaching €8.7 million per transaction as opposed to last month's average value of €6.4 million, according to official data from BOATPro.
