John deCaro of All Ocean Yachts tells me that Davie Shipbuilding’s 39.6m Phoenix has been sold by listing broker Steve Reoch, with Kent Hill of Bollman Yachts acting on behalf of the buyer. Best described as a Research/Mother Ship/Adventure Yacht, Phoenix was built in 1973 and refitted in 2008 and came on the market as recently as October 2008.
