Northrop and Johnson reduces superyacht Opal C’s price again

01-Dec-09

Wes Sanford in the Fort Lauderdale office of Northrop and Johnson tells me that the price of Oceanfast’s 40.33m superyacht Opal C has been cut again.

Built in 1990 to a Jon Bannenberg design and refitted in 2003, at the time of her launch she was the largest all-aluminium superyacht in the world, sleeping eight guests in a master, VIP and two twins. Wes says, “She’s in very nice condition and the fact that she’s kept her current owner and his family happy for the past 17 years speaks well of the boat.” Previously priced at $4.9 million, Opal C is now asking $3.9 million.
