Jeroen Minnema at Ocean Independence calls to say that the price of his central listing, the 26.02 motor yacht Valeria has been reduced by a significant €550,000.

Jeroen Minnema at Ocean independence in Antibes tells me that he’s signed a new 32.96m Akhir 108 luxury motor yacht for sale.
Currently in build at the Cantieri di Pisa yard to ABS class, Jeroen says that, with a March 2010 delivery date, there’s still time for Akhir 108’s new owner to personalise the superyacht’s interior. ... Read more

Jeroen Minnema of Ocean Independence in Antibes contacts me to say that he’s signed two Sanlorenzo megayachts for sale.
The first, the 24m Alpha Papa, was delivered in 2005 and has had the same owner since new. Never chartered, she sleeps eight guests in four cabins and is offered at €2.5 million, VAT paid.
