€800,000 price cut on C.Boat Aria

The 27.3 metre motor yacht Aria, listed for sale by Tom Walden and Simon Fiorini Lowell at Ocean Independence, has had an €800,000 price reduction.

Built in steel by Italian yard C.Boat to RINA class with delivery in 2009, her elegant exterior merges seamlessly with a contemporary but warm interior. Accommodation is for 10 guests in five cabins consisting of a full beam master suite decorated in vibrant yellow tones contrasting with dark parquet flooring, two mirror-image VIP suites and two twin bunk bed cabins, all with full en suite facilities.

The main saloon of this  yacht for sale offers open plan living and dining spaces with modern styling in a beige to wenge colour scheme and dark parquet flooring. Comfortable seating includes a large U-shaped sofa, and there are huge windows, a 42 inch retractable television, Bose surround sound system, a mini bar, fridge and wine cooler plus a dining table seating 12 guests.

The aft main deck is a very sheltered area with an extendable table and chairs providing seating for 12. In colder weather, integral heating can be utilised and this area can be enclosed against the elements.
