Gaspard Milazzo at Gaspard Yachts reports that he has a 30m superyacht berth for sale in Port Camille Rayon, Golfe Juan, France.
The berth is number 4123 on Quai Napoleon and offers a quiet, secure environment with CCTV and regular patrols by security staff. All berths over 25 metres have WiFi internet access and the port hosts a shipyard, fuel bunkering service, car parking area and a team of three divers on call 24 hours a day. The pretty town centre with shops, restaurants, train station and highway to Nice airport is nearby, as are several beaches.
The 30 metre berth is asking €1.6 million.
