And now a yacht for any monarchists out there, as Gary Goldman at Allied Marine contacts me to say that he's signed the central agency for Mefasa's 36.5m motor yacht Corona Del Mar.

Built in 1991 as the King of Spain's private yacht, this superyacht was designed by Don Shead with two ideals in mind - comfort and speed. And indeed, she's capable of blistering speeds of up to 40 knots with her twin 4500hp MTU engine package coupled to KaMeWa jet drives. Accommodation for eight guests and seven crew in elegance and luxury completes the equation and she's on the market at a reduced price of $2.9 million. As Gary comments, "This is an amazing opportunity to buy a huge amount of boat at a ridiculous price."
