Peter Bennett at bluewater tells me he's closed on his central listing for sale, the 31 metre motor yacht Sea Breeze, to a US buyer in an in-house deal.
Built in composite by German yard Kaiserwerft to RINA class and delivered in 2005 as a Baron 31 model, Sea Breeze has exterior styling by Frank Mulder and an interior designed by Michael Kirchstein. Formerly named Perfect Harmony, she accommodates eight guests in four staterooms. These consist of a master suite, VIP stateroom and two twin cabins, all with en suite facilities.
The ample living areas are spacious and accentuated by a soft, harmonious interior design with rich woods and marbles which is aesthetically pleasing, functional and elegant. Twin 2,000hp MTU engines give her a cruising speed of 23 knots and a top speed of 25 knots.
Lying in Spain, Sea Breeze was asking €2.9 million. See full details, specs and a photo gallery of superyacht Sea Breeze.
