Christensen motor yacht Ionian Princess now for sale at Northrop & Johnson

The 45.72 metre motor yacht Ionian Princess has had a central agency change and is now listed for sale by Joe Foggia at Northrop & Johnson.

US yard Christensen began construction on Ionian Princess and she was moved to the Palmer Johnson yard for completion, and delivered in 2005 with a refit in 2011.

Ionian Princess offers a great layout for charter with a huge sun deck, larger than most on a yacht of this size, plus accommodation for 12 guests in six cabins consisting of a large on-deck master suite, a full beam VIP suite below plus three doubles and a twin. All staterooms come with en suite marble bathrooms and state-of-the-art entertainment systems. In addition, she has quarters for 10 crew and has proved to be a successful yacht on the charter circuit.

The main deck saloon of this yacht for sale is fitted with comfortable furniture, a bar, entertainment centre and a dining area for 12 guests while intricate marble tiling on the floors pays homage to the Greek heritage of her name.

The interior features high-gloss varnished mahogany raised paneling and fluted columns, with a curved stairway running from the main deck to the upper saloon and on up to the sun deck. Guest amenities include a fully-equipped office with worldwide internet access and a spa pool. She has a maximum speed of 15 knots and cruises comfortably at 12 knots with twin MTU 12V396TE84 engines providing the power. Zero speed stabilisers were fitted in 2014.

Currently undergoing a further refit, Ionian Princess is asking $16,750,000.
