The 29 metre motor yacht Viking Legacy, listed for sale by Volante Yachts, has been sold with Robin Wake at Polaris Yachting introducing the buyer.

Built in steel and aluminium by South African yard Farocean Marine to a design by Peter Beeldsnijder, Viking Legacy was delivered in 1996 with several refits since, the most recent being in 2013. Accommodation is for eight guests in four cabins consisting of a main deck master suite, VIP suite and two twins, all with entertainment centres, flatscreen televisions and en-suite bathroom facilities. There are also quarters for five crewmembers.

Viking Legacy was asking €1,600,000

A large open plan saloon is set up for entertaining with comfortable seating, a bar and an entertainment centre including a flatscreen television, while forward is a dining area with seating for eight guests.

The sheltered aft deck has built-in upholstered seating and a table for al fresco cocktails and meals, while the flybridge has a helm position, further seating and tables for outdoor dining. Full walk-around side decks give easy access the foredeck with more sunbathing space. Twin 500hp Caterpillar engines give her a cruising speed of 11.5 knots and a range of 6,000 nautical miles at 7.5 knots.

She is entering immediately into a quick and thorough yard period, and will then be available for charter in the Mediterranean later in the summer through Polaris Yachting.

Viking Legacy was asking €1,600,000.
