Brian Coleman at Huish Marine Group sends word of a further $120,000 price drop on the recently refitted 30.5m motor yacht Quiet Place.
Designed and built by Broward Marine in 1997, her original interior was designed by Robin Rose and upgraded later by Marc Michaels. She features a full-width saloon with a dining area and she accommodates eight guests in four cabins. The yacht is equipped with twin Caterpillar 3412 engines, allowing a top speed of 20+ knots.
Lying in Fort Lauderdale, Quiet Place is now asking $2.12 million.
