The 39.4-metre motor yacht Mac Brew has been listed for sale with Hemmo Bloemers of Roccabella Yachts.
Launched in 2002 by Heesen Yachts, Mac Brew was designed by Omega Architects and built in aluminium to ABS class and MCA protocols. The 39.4-metre has undergone several refits, most recently in 2023, which saw the installation of new technologies and amenities.
Accommodation on board is for 12 guests across six cabins including a full-beam master cabin on the bridge deck, as well as four well-appointed cabins on the lower deck. The main deck features an enclosed 'winter garden' on the aft deck leading into the main saloon and dining area. Forward is a large media and cinema room, which can double up as a children’s playroom.
Also designed by Omega Architects, Mac Brew’s interior styling follows a light colour palette with cream freestanding furniture, coffee-coloured furnishings and warm wood panelling. Pops of colour can been found in each of the cabins, including red nautical striped sofas and the bathrooms' marble accents.
Out on deck, Mac Brew has ample space for lounging, with sunpads surrounding the Jacuzzi as well as those set forward on the main deck. There is also a barbeque on the sundeck. The main dining area on the aft deck follows an indoor-outdoor arrangement in the yacht’s winter garden, which can be enclosed to protect from the elements. Primed for entertaining, the 39.4-metre can host up to 50 guests quayside.
Twin 2,720hp MTU diesel engines allow a cruising speed of 14 knots, a maximum speed of 24 knots and a range of 3,000 nautical miles.
Lying in Old Port of Cannes, Mac Brew is asking €8,500,000.
