A call to Roy Sea at International Yacht Collection confirms that he's listed the 47.85m motor yacht Lady Janet for sale.

Built by US superyacht yard Christensen in 2007 to ABS class and refitted in 2011, Lady Janet is an evolution of the yard's 157-foot custom series and can be adapted to carry a helicopter on her aft deck. MCA compliant, the interior theme is one of comfort and elegance throughout and she has a large aft deck with shaded areas for al fresco dining.

The main saloon offers formal dining for 12 guests with large windows giving unobstructed views over the sea. Accommodation is for as many as 16 guests in six staterooms. The master suite forward on the main deck has a king size bed, walk in wardrobes and a his and hers en suite bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi tub. Below deck is a full beam VIP stateroom and two double and two twin cabins – all with entertainment systems and full en suite bathroom facilities. Other amenities include an on demand Kaleidescape film and music server and 16 satellite television screens.

Twin 1,800hp MTU engines give her a cruising speed of 16 knots and maximum speed of 19 knots.

Lying in Florida, Lady Janet is asking $27 million.
