The 27 metre motor yacht Romas 3 has been listed for sale by Yachtzoo in Monaco.
Designed by Paolo Caliari, she was built in GRP by Italian yard Arno to Bureau Veritas class and delivered in 2001 as one of the yard’s popular Leopard models. A cheerful interior in shades of off-white accommodates six guests in three cabins consisting of a full beam master suite and two doubles, all with en suite bathroom facilities.
The open plan main saloon offers comfortable seating on settees to port and starboard while forward to port is a dining area. To starboard is an entertainment centre including a large flat screen Samsung television set and she boasts a retractable roof for fresh air and sunshine. Below is a smaller, more intimate, saloon with a blue settee and plenty of natural light.
The aft deck offers two raised sun pads which, intriguingly, can convert to seating for six guests to enjoy al fresco cocktails and entertainment. Stainless steel steps lead down to a full beam extended swim platform, allowing easy access to the water.
Walk around decks on this yacht for sale lead to a large sun pad on the foredeck. Included in the sale are her Williams tender and a range of towables including water skis. Romas 3 is in impeccable condition, having had her engines and Arneson surface drives fully serviced earlier in 2016.
Twin 1,800hp MTU diesel engines give her a cruising speed of 30 knots and a top speed of 35 knots.
Lying in the South of France, Romas 3 is asking €649,000 with VAT included.
