32m Monte Carlo Yachts motor yacht Lady Marisa sold

2 May 2024 • Written by Nick Jeffery

The 32.3-metre motor yacht Lady Marisa has been sold with Jack Gradus of Ocean Independence representing the seller and Bill Thiem of Globe Regal representing the buyer.

Built in GRP in 2017 by Monte Carlo Yachts, the yacht has only been used privately by her first owner since new.

Lady Marisa was asking €5,900,000 with VAT paid.

The dining table in the large saloon is flanked by twin fold-out balconies, allowing the area to feel even more spacious with the glass doors open.

A master cabin forward takes the prime position but guests in the four lower-deck cabins also benefit from fresh air from the surroundings thanks to opening portholes – a feature often missed with sealed air-conditioned cabins.

Accommodation is for an owner's party of 10 in five cabins, comprising three doubles and two twins. There are further quarters for a crew of five.

Up top, Lady Marisa's flybridge boasts a pair of comfortable bar stools, facing forwards, plus extensive lounge seating. The area also benefits from a concertina-style, opening Bimini.

Al fresco dining can be enjoyed on the sundeck or below on the aft deck, close to the hi-lo bathing platform. Forward on the foredeck is a very large lounging area, with a lowering table that converts to a sunpad, all overlooked by the helmsman.

The 202GT yacht achieves a top speed of 25 knots under twin 2,430hp MTU engines. Cruising speed is 20 knots and range is 1,300 nautical miles at 10 knots.

Lady Marisa was asking €5,900,000 with VAT paid.
