Nautor’s Swan sailing yacht Nefertiti sold

The 27.4 metre sloop rigged performance sailing yacht Nefertiti, jointly listed for sale by Jim Acher at bluewater and Jennifer Stewart at Berthon USA, is sold with Nautor’s Swan Spain representing the buyer.

Nefertiti was built in GRP by Finnish yard Nautor’s Swan to a design by German Frers and was delivered in 2010 as a Swan 90. Features include a large main saloon easily seating eight guests for dinner and sporting the latest audio/visual equipment. Spacious, light-filled accommodation for eight guests includes a master suite, double and two twin cabins, each with a Pullman berth. All have full en suite facilities. All hatches and fittings are flush with the deck for added safety and also provide a huge entertainment area in port. A Bimini top provides welcome protection from the elements over the cockpit and can be removed for competitive racing.

She proved her mettle by winning first place in both the 2013 and 2014 Swan Caribbean Challenge Trophies at the RORC Caribbean 600. Under power a Perkins 225hp diesel engine gives her a top speed of 12 knots and when sailing she is capable of reaching speeds of over 20 knots.

Jim Acher comments, 'Not all Swan 90s are the same. Nefertiti is the newest in her class and is in simply immaculate condition. She races on both the Mediterranean and Caribbean circuits, is fully commercial and available to charter.’

Lying in Palma de Mallorca, Spain, Nefertiti was asking €4.75 million.
