Mark Seaton at Yacht & Villa has been appointed central agent for the sale of the new 50 metre Bodrum Oguz sailing yacht Miti K.
Currently under construction in high grade steel at Bodrum Oguz Marin in Turkey, Miti K is being built to RINA class with long range bluewater cruising in mind. She can be delivered within 12 months allowing time for a new owner’s input regarding her specification and interior decoration, while currently she can sleep 12 guests in six cabins with seven crew.
Miti K was designed with the idea that the owner and guests can access all cabins directly from the swimming platform. A discerning design feature unique to any sail yacht of its class, the 17-meter corridor divides the engine room into two separate areas. The engine room is encased in glass enabling guests to walk between the two engines, directly accessing cabins and kitchen without a staircase. A generous saloon is designed to be seen from the back of the yacht uninterruptedly.
A spacious flybridge allows guests to enjoy a custom-made hot tub as well as the nearby bar. For travelling under power, she is equipped with two Volvo D16 MH 551 Kw 750hp diesel engines.
Miti K is asking €11,900,000.
