Marc Haendle at Ocean Independence tells me that his joint listing with Rainer Wilhelm, the 30.21m sailing yacht Julie Marie, is now sold in a direct deal.
Julie Marie was built by Nautor’s Swan in 2007 and is the seventh yacht in their Swan 100 S range designed by German Frers. Accommodation is for up to nine guests in four cabins and a Cummins 224kW engine gives her a range of 2,300 nautical miles at 8 knots.
Julie Marie was asking asking €7.4 million.
