On 13th May I reported that David Roscow  at Northrop and Johnson in San Diego had listed the 43m motor yacht Leight Star, while his colleague Gregg Morton had signed Feadship's 38m Orion for sale. Now's your chance to cast your eyes over both superyachts at an Open House to be held on Thursday, June 17th between 3pm and 6pm at the 5th Avenue Landing in downtown San Diego.

Leight Star was custom built in 1984 by the Sun Coast yard and refitted in 2008. With expansive deck spaces, she has an interior accommodating 10 guests in five lavish staterooms. Helicopter capable, she's asking $10.9 million.

The Van Lent yard built Orion in 1984 and this classic superyacht was refitted in 1992 and 1994, with great care being to maintain her in an unadulterated fashion, retaining her original features. With accommodation for eight guests in four cabins, *Orion *is asking $5.75 million.
