Jonathan Browne at Power to Sail in Antibes tells me he acted for both seller and buyer in the sale of the 24m motor yacht Diversion.
Built by Baia in 1997 and refitted in 2004, Diversion sleeps six guests in a two doubles and a twin stateroom and has a cruising speed of 37 knots.
'Pricing was the key element,' says Jonathan, 'The seller wanted to sell and so between us we priced the boat accordingly; we were getting calls and e-mail enquiries almost every day.'
Diversion was asking €350,000.
