$1 million-plus price cut on superyacht Vita at Northrop and Johnson

Ann Avery at Northrop and Johnson writes in to say there's been a significant price reduction on her central listing, the 45.72m motor yacht Vita.

Vita was built by Trinity in 2003 to ABS class. MCA compliant, this superyacht's Elizabeth Dalton interior sleeps up to 12 guests in a master, two double and two single cabins plus two Pullman berths and she has a range of 3,000 nautical miles at 12 knots. Previously marketed at $19.975 million, she's now asking $17.95 million.
