Price drop and broker incentive on motor yacht Quiet Place at Huish Marine

Brian Coleman at Huish Marine Group sends news of a further $125,000 price drop on the recently refitted 30.5m motor yacht Quiet Place and a $50,000 bonus to the broker consummating a sale over $1.85 million.

Designed and built by Broward Marine in 1997, her original interior was designed by Robin Rose and upgraded later by Marc Michaels. She features a full-width saloon with a dining area and she accommodates eight guests in four cabins. Quiet Place is equipped with twin Caterpillar 3412 engines, allowing a top speed of 20+ knots.

Lying in Fort Lauderdale, Quiet Place is now asking $1,995,000.
