Motor yacht Sea Falcon offered for sale

The 43.6 metre motor yacht Sea Falcon has been listed for sale by Chris Collins at Ocean Independence in Fort Lauderdale.

Built in aluminium by Swiftship and delivered in 1989 as a passenger vessel, she was converted into a private motor yacht by Angus Yachts in 1991 and refitted in 2015.

Accommodation is for nine guests in five cabins consisting of a full beam master suite on the main deck, a VIP suite, two doubles and a twin, all with entertainment centres, Samsung HD television screens and en suite bathroom facilities. In addition, there are quarters for eight crew in five cabins.

The main deck saloon offers 180 degree views through panoramic windows, a bar, ice maker and fridge along with an entertainment including a large Samsung HD television screen. Forward is a dining area with seating for 10 guests.

The sky lounge on the bridge deck has an L-shaped sofa, coffee tables, an ice maker and a curved Samsung HD television screen. To aft is a sheltered al fresco dining area with seating for nine guests while the sun deck has U-shaped seating, making it the ideal area for cocktails under the stars.

A large toy garage is below the lower deck, meaning that all other decks remain uncluttered. The toys – all included in the sale price – comprise a Zodiac jet tender, two Sea Doos and 10 scuba diving tanks, along with towables.

The 2015 refit included a complete paint job, a full survey and upgrades to the interior and exterior. Twin 1,015hp Caterpillar diesel engines give her a cruising speed of 12 knots and a range of 1,600 nautical miles at 10 knots.

Lying in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Sea Falcon is asking $2.9 million.
