Princess motor yacht Hideout sold
by Malcolm Maclean
The 30 metre motor yacht Hideout, listed for sale by John Cohen at Merle Wood & Associates, has been sold with Rich Lazzara at HMY Yachts introducing the buyer.
Previously known as Sally Slade, she was built in GRP by UK yard Princess and launched in 2012. In 2016 she was put through an extensive refit, during which her domestic systems, A/V and entertainment systems and interior décor were updated. Her flybridge was also modernised with a large rectangular spa pool and custom sun pads added.
Featuring naval architecture and exterior design by Bernard Olesinski, Hideout has a cruising speed of 22 knots and is propelled to a top speed of 27 knots by her two 5274p MTU engines.
This planing superyacht has a maximum draught of 1.83 metres so she is an appealing charter or private cruising superyacht.
Hideout accommodates up to eight guests in four en suite cabins consisting of a master suite, VIP suite and two twins. There’s also space for four crew on board.
Her interior is voluminous, featuring touches of marbles, fine fabrics and rich wood, and her main saloon is well lit thanks to her panoramic windows that reach forward to her dining area.
Hideout was asking $4,895,000.
