Thom Conboy at Merle Wood & Associates adds another yacht to his central listings as he sends news that he's taken over the listing for the 26.5m sailing yacht Jess Sea.
Built by Merrifield-Roberts in 2002 to a design by MacLear & Harris, Jess Sea is a yacht of enormous volume both inside and out. She accommodates seven guests in three spacious staterooms including a full beam master suite and a 308hp Caterpillar engine gives a range of 4,000 nautical miles.
Jess Sea is asking $2.45 million.
