Silver sold by YPI

A call to the Antibes office confirms that Yachting Partners Internationalhas sold Hanseatic Marine’s 74m Silver, in what the company is claiming to be “the largest industry sale since September 2008.” The deal was put together quietly in the remarkably short time of three weeks and YPI is keen to emphasise the support of its commercial ship broking parent, Barry Rogliano Salles. Silver has been widely admired since her launch in 2007 with her sleek Espen Oeino design and is fully SOLAS compliant. What’s more, I’m told that there are several more substantial contracts in YPI’s pipeline.
