Maisha
Inigo Nicholson of Engel & Volkers Yachting in Madrid gets in touch to say that his colleague Harry Peralta acted for the buyer in the recent sale of the 38.2m motor yacht Maisha, with David Legrand at Fraser Yachts representing the seller.
Maisha was built to RINA class by Turkey's Cobra Yatcilik yard in 2008 and accommodates eight guests in a master, two doubles and a twin stateroom. Twin 800hp MAN engines give this superyacht a range of 3,500 nautical miles at 12 knots and she was asking €10.5 million.
