The 50 metre motor yacht Mia Elise has been listed for sale by Burgess.
Built in aluminium by US yard Trinity Yachts to a design by Geoff Van Aller, she is ABS classed and was delivered in 2010. She is a sistership to the same yard’s Mine Games and Norwegian Queen, although with several improvements. Notably these include a sixth stateroom on the bridge deck so that her elegant Patrick Knowles interior now accommodates 12 guests in comfort.
The accommodation is laid out as a full beam split level master suite on the main deck and a VIP suite on the upper deck, while below deck amidships are two doubles with king sized beds, another double forward and a twin cabin with a Pullman berth, all with entertainment centres, television screens and en suite shower facilities. In addition, there are quarters for nine crew.
The spacious main saloon of this yacht for sale offers a lounge area with comfortable settees and armchairs, an entertainment centre including a 62 inch television screen and a formal dining area with seating for 12 guests. The aft deck focuses on al fresco entertaining with a table and ample seating while the sun deck comes with a 12-person Jacuzzi tub, a large bar, lounging areas and sun pads. Twin 2250hp Caterpillar engines deliver a cruising speed of 19 knots and she is fitted with zero speed stabilizers.
In January 2016, a comprehensive refit saw her receive a full paint job and her five year ABS survey.
Available to view at the Miami yacht show, Mia Elise is asking $24,900,000.
