Finnish performance sailing yacht builder Nautor's Swan has unveiled the design for its new 28.87 metre Swan 95 sailing superyacht.

The Swan 95 is the latest addition to the yard's SwanLine cruising-sailing yacht range and follows the fourth new order of the Swan 115 since January. With design by German Frers, who has been designing Swan yachts since 1982, the new sailing yacht will sport a spacious interior and sleek exterior lines characteristic of her range.

With a displacement of only 57 gross tons, she is suitable for high performance racing and long haul cruising. Available in Flush Deck or Semi-Raised Saloon versions, she is equipped with twin rudders for optimum responsiveness and manoeuvrability, and comes with the option for a lifting keel.

'The lines of the new Swan 95 are distinctive, with its plumb bow and wide stern. It is a yacht that can take you around the world in total comfort and safety, and can also satisfy the appetite for intense racing. The hull is built from a female mould, using full carbon sandwich construction for the hull and deck for maximum stiffness, yet minimal weight,' says Frers.

Finished in satin-varnished light teak, the Swan 95's capacious interior will boast a spacious main saloon and a large navigation area. She will house an owner's cabin and three double guest cabins, all with en suite bathroom facilities. She will also include two crew cabins.

'The fine arrow along each Swan hull is a true mark of distinction and is synonymous of quality, excellence, precision, tradition, innovation. Each and every Swan is designed, manufactured and tested in-house by Nautor’s Swan in Finland, and this is the only way we can ensures that every element meets our incredibly high standards,' says Enrico Chieffi, CEO of Nautor’s Swan.
