The top 24 yachts for sale at the Monaco Yacht Show 2017

Each September since 1990, the world's finest yachts have converged on Port Hercules for the Monaco Yacht Show and this year will be no different. We round up some of the most notable yachts for sale at this year's show, sorted in ascending price order.

The 37 metre motor yacht Nyota was built by a French yard and will be of special interest at the Monaco Show. Delivered by Couach Yachts in 2008, she was built to Bureau Veritas class with a composite hull and superstructure. Up to eight guests can be accommodated in four cabins, including a master suite, a VIP, one double and one twin cabin, all with en-suites. Nyota, which means star in Swahili, can also host a crew of five.

Nyota is asking €4,500,000 with G-Yachts.

One of the few sailing catamarans on display at the Monaco show, 34.75 metre Che is offered for sale for sale by Camper & Nicholsons. Built in aluminium by Polish yard Sunreef to an in-house design and Bureau Veritas classed, she was delivered in 2010. Accommodation is for eight guests in four cabins and twin 455hp Cummins diesel engines, one in each hull, give her a cruising speed of 12 knots.

Che is asking €4,975,000 with Camper & Nicholsons.

The 37 metre Shogun will be one of the many notable sailing yachts on display at the Monaco show. Built in aluminium by Dutch yard Holland Jachtbouw as a fast cruising sloop, she was launched in 2006 with naval architecture by Dixon Yacht Design and interiors by John Munford. Her generous accommodation sleeps up to six guests in three cabins located forward, while under power a 550hp Lugger diesel engine gives her a cruising speed of 10 knots.

Shogun is asking €5,750,000 with Yachting Partners International.

Benefitting from a 2017 refit, the 45.72 metre motor yacht Silver Wave will be on display at the Monaco show. She is an elegant and sporty yacht delivered in 2009 by prestigious American shipyard Palmer Johnson. Refitted in 2014 and 2017 she has just been redelivered with a full new paint job in superb silver grey, a new dining area for up to 12 guests on the sundeck, new audio/visual systems and Curve TV screens, a fully equipped gymnasium and a new air conditioning system.

Silver Wave is asking €14,400,000 with G-Yachts.

The 47 metre motor Mon Plaisir will be a highlight of the yachts on display at the Quai des Etats Unis during the Monaco Yacht Show. Built in steel and aluminium by Dutch superyacht yard Heesen to a design by Omega Architects, Mon Plaisir was delivered in 2008 as one of the yard's 4700 series. Accommodation is for 10 guests in five cabins consisting of a main deck master suite, while below lie two VIP staterooms, a double and a twin, convertible to a further double.

Part of Feadship’s hugely successful F45 Vantage collection, Bella Vita is offered for sale at this year’s Monaco Yacht Show. Launched in 2008 with a major refit in 2014, she accommodates 12 guests in six staterooms styled by Sinot Exclusive Yacht Design. Twin 1,055hp MTU diesel engines allow for comfortable cruising at 12 knots, topping out at 15 knots.

Bella Vita is asking $24,900,000 with Moran Yacht & Ship.

A refined long-range cruiser, Madsummer is sure to turns heads at the 2017 Monaco Yacht Show. Launched by Feadship in 2005 and refitted in 2015, this steel-hulled displacement yacht can cruise for up to 4,800 nautical miles at her cruising speed of 12.5 knots thanks to a massive fuel reserve of almost 100,000 litres. Five spacious staterooms styled by Laura Sessa can accommodate up to ten guests in the utmost comfort, while the large crew quarters allow for a staff of up to 14 people.

Madsummer is asking $32,500,000 with Moran Yacht & Ship.

The 59.4 metre motor yacht Vicky is the largest yacht built by Italian yard Baglietto to date and is on display at the Monaco show. Lloyd's classed and MCA compliant, with delivery in 2009, her interior in light woods with onyx touches by Savaya and Moroni accommodates 10 guests in five cabins. Twin 3,700hp MTU diesel engines give her a range of 4,000 nautical miles at 13 knots and she is fitted with zero-speed stabilisers.

Vicky is asking €29,900,000 with Ocean Independence.

The 55 metre motor yacht Quite Essential is new on the market and definitely worth an inspection at the Monaco show. Built in full aluminium by Heesen Yachts to ABS class and MCA compliant Quite Essential (formerly known as Quinta Essentia) was launched in March 2011. The following year, she was a finalist in the 2012 World Superyacht Awards. A stylish interior created by Ken Freivokh and Michela Reverberi accommodates up to 12 guests in six cabins, which includes one twin, three doubles, a VIP and a full-beam master suite complete with private balcony and expansive en-suite.

Quite Essential is asking €33,000,000 with G-Yachts and Merle Wood & Associates

The 62 metre motor yacht Sealyon will be on display at the Monaco show, jointly listed for sale by IYC and Y.CO. Built by Italian yard VSY to RINA class with naval architecture by Espen Oeino, her striking interior by Candy & Candy combines 1930s glamour with contemporary style and accommodates 10 guests in five cabins.
