Ann Avery at Northrop and Johnson emails me to say that she’s just signed the central agency for sale of Jongert’s 31.7m Erica XI, asking €4.2 million.
Compared to her sisterships, she has a much lower pilothouse, thus enhancing her lines. The pilothouse can also be opened or closed aft and she boasts a John Munford interior of American cherrywood with four elegant staterooms.
