Glynn Smith at Denison Yacht Sales has listed for sale a new build Sunrise Open 46.7 metre motor yacht.
To be built in aluminium by Turkish yard Sunrise Yachts with exterior and interior design by Focus Yacht Design, delivery would be in 2017. The interior can be custom built to the clients taste and at present consists of five guest suites, with four cabins on the lower deck and the master suite on the main deck forward, all with spacious en suite bathrooms.
Tankage on this yacht for sale has been maximized to give her a better range and meet stringent environmental regulations allowing longer cruising times between bunkering and provisioning. An example of her functionality is that the Jacuzzi will have its own supply tank so this does not create water management problems.
With a huge beam of 9.1 meters, the main saloon is very spacious, with large windows that permit unrestricted views of the ocean, letting in plenty of natural light. The main deck bulwarks will have glass installed, enabling panoramic views from the saloon.
A large beach club will be accessed from the swim platform, giving ample space to relax and serve as a spacious platform for water sports. The main deck aft will have fold down balconies to create space that is usually never found on a yacht of this size.
The sun deck is well protected from the wind when dining or sunbathing and the social areas are spacious enough to accommodate larger parties with ease. A barbecue is close at hand along with a full service bar and the hard top roof can be retracted at the touch of a button.
Twin 3,460hp MTU engines will deliver a cruising speed of 21 knots and a range of 3,000 nautical miles.
Bureau Veritas classed and MCA compliant, the Sunrise Open 150 yacht is asking $24,650,000.
