It’s no secret that celebrities love yachts and, from Cannes to the Caribbean, 2015 was full of A-list celebrities spotted on superyachts. But who had the best vacations on the biggest yachts? Click through to relive our favourite celebrity yacht moments of 2015.

Chanel Iman on Ecstasea

American model Chanel Iman has enjoyed some seriously chic superyacht vacations in recent years and almost all of them were on board the 89.95 metre Feadship Ecstasea. She was most recently spotted on board a superyacht during the Cannes Film Festival but it is Iman’s annual New Year’s trip to Dubai which wins her a spot on our list.

American actress Eva Longoria shows the world how much she enjoyed her  superyacht cruise in Capri in July with this fun vacation snap. Longoria's vacation began in Marbella where she was joined by husband Jose Antonio Baston and a large group of friends.

Actress Michelle Rodriguez enjoys the sunset on  celebrity-favourite superyacht Ecstasea in the French Riviera in July. She was joined by fellow actress Nina Dobrev and the pair unwound after attending the  Leonardo DiCaprio Foundation Gala in Monte Carlo by enjoying the yacht's  top jet ski offering.

Lebanese pop sensation and judge on television contest The Voice Kids, Nancy Ajram enjoys some downtime with her husband before performing at a sell out concert in Jerash, Jordan in July.

Socialite and fashion designer Chloe Green shared a series of snaps on Instagram in August allowing her fans to see inside her  luxury yacht vacation in Turkey. Green was staying on board superyacht Lionheart with friend and model Maryna Linchuk. The 63 metre  Benetti is owned by Green's parents - Topshop boss Sir Philip Green and interior designer and Boat International contributor Tina Green.

Music mogul and X Factor judge Simon Cowell shared this cute family snap from his  luxury yacht cruise in Ibiza in August. Cowell was on holiday with his partner Lauren Silverman and their 18-month-old son Eric in the waters off Formentera and the family made full use of the yacht's well-equipped toy box - with Cowell showing himself to be particularly skilled on a jet ski.

How do you celebrate your 18th birthday if you're a former Disney star and one of Hollywood's fastest rising talents? On a private yacht, of course. To mark this milestone event, Bella Thorne invited 50 of her friends on board a luxury yacht in California in October - and made the most of her stylish surroundings with plenty of photo opportunities.

Elle Macpherson enjoyed not one but two luxury yacht vacations in 2015. The model was first spotted on a superyacht in Monaco on board the 55.5 metre Feadship Madsummer with her husband Jeff Soffer in July before posting a snap of her family enjoying a Thanksgiving get together on board a luxury yacht in November.

Reality TV star Kylie Jenner joined her sister Kendall on a yacht in Australia in November as the pair prepared to launch their new fashion range Down Under. Kendall became another model spotted on a superyacht as the pair enjoyed a spot of sunbathing while cruising along the Parramatta River in Sydney.

Australian model Ashley Hart and television presenter Sonia Kruger hopped on to one of Sydney's  perfect party yachts to celebrate the close of Oprah Winfrey's tour of Australia in December. The pair enjoyed time sailing around Sydney harbour and, despite the clouds, proved that you don't need perfect weather to enjoy spending time on a yacht.
