Kim Kardashian - Prana

Kim Kardashian and a handful of the Kardashian clan were spotted vacationing on board luxury superyacht Prana in October 2018. Prana is the largest Indonesian phinisi in the world but she's far from traditional. Owned by A-list Ibiza hotel Atzaró, Prana boasts a sumptuous interior with 900 square metres of living space spread across four decks. Kim Kardashian made the most of her time on board cruising through the paradise islands of the Komodo National Park and was pictured leaping from the bow. Charters on board Prana might also involve sun salutations on the rooftop yoga deck, a trip to the on board spa and a movie under the stars. For any fans of the reality series Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Prana makes an appearance in Series 16 Episode 3. 

Beyoncé and Jay-Z - Lana

Earlier this year, global superstar Beyoncé reportedly celebrated her birthday on board the brand new 107 metre Benetti superyacht Lana, along with her husband Jay-Z and their three children. Lana is one of the largest and most expensive yachts for charter in the world and was cruising off of the Croatian coastline at the time. Highlights include a large sundeck pool surrounded by sunpads, a cinema, outdoor fireplace and a huge beach club with fold-down terraces to either side. This is not the first time the pair have been spotted stepping on board a superyacht. Back in 2018, they chartered the 95 metre Lürssen Kismet.

Lana is managed by Imperial Yachts with charters starting from €1,700,000 per week.

Kylie Jenner — Tranquility

The 91.5 metre superyacht Tranquility was chartered in 2019 by make-up mogul Kylie Jenner for her 22nd birthday. Together with her friends and family – including her young daughter Stormi – Jenner celebrated lavishly at sea while cruising around Capri, Italy. Her guests would have been taken care of by the 31 crew members on board the Oceanco superyacht. Just refitted earlier this year, Tranquility features opulent interior design by Andrew Winch and boasts amenities such as vast swimming pool, a grand piano, multiple Jacuzzis and an extensive spa with massage and hammam rooms. Snaps of Jenner on board were shared on Instagram; she was seen relaxing on the sundeck, breakfasting at the 12-seat dining table and braving the 21 metre jump into the sea from Tranquility’s upper decks.

Tranquility is available for charter with Camper & Nicholsons from €1,100,000 a week.

Leonardo DiCaprio – Impromptu

In July 2017, Leonardo DiCaprio was spotted on board 50 metre superyacht Impromptu in St Tropez, alongside a large group of friends that included Tobey Maguire and Kevin Connolly. Looking relaxed with a glass of wine in hand, Leo laughed and chatted on deck with his guests while enjoying the sunshine. Impromptu (formerly known as Mia Elise), can sleep up to 12 guests in six luxurious cabins, which includes a stunning split-level master suite complete with his/hers en suites and a raised lounge. The skylounge boasts a wine cellar, drinks bar and games table, while the sundeck offers guests a luxurious space in which to soak up the sun thanks to a raised Jacuzzi, loungers and sunpads forward.

Magic Johnson – Aquila

Retired NBA player Magic Johnson is a regular yacht charter guest. In the past, he’s spent time on 70.41 metre Felix and 73.5 metre Siren. For summer 2019 he chartered his biggest yacht yet: the 85.6m motor yacht Aquila (previously Cakewalk). For five weeks he sailed around Capri, Positano and Sardinia with his wife. He was joined along the way by rapper LL Cool J, Actress Holly Robinson Peete, record-label executive Kevin Liles, Comedian Steve Harvey and Blackrock CMO Frank Cooper.

Delivered by Derecktor in 2010, Aquila can accommodate 12 guests and 28 crew. She is the biggest yacht to be built in the US since the 1930s. Highlights on board the Redman Whiteley-designed motor yacht include a jacuzzi, gym, elevator, cinema and nightclub. Aquila is also equipped with a range of toys including waterskis, a pair of seabobs and full scuba diving equipment. No doubt Johnson and his family were well entertained during their cruise around the Amalfi Coast.

Heidi Klum – Atlantic Goose

Heidi Klum and boyfriend Vito Schnabel were spotted in summer 2017 in Cannes on board 45 metre classic superyacht The Goose, showering on the bathing platform after making use of the yacht's range of inflatables. Delivered in 1987 by Tough Shipyard and extensively refitted in winter 2016/2017, The Goose can sleep up to ten guests in five elegant cabins, which includes a full-beam master suite with a private study. Her elegant main saloon is the perfect place for relaxing with the family and comes complete with lounge, drinks bar and a small informal dining area. She can host up to 100 people for static events or, during a more private adventure, guests can enjoy sunset cocktails in the al fresco dining area – you can even bring your dog too.

The Goose is managed for charter by Camper & Nicholsons, she has a weekly rate starting from €90,000.

Conor McGregor - The Devocean

MMA and boxing champion Conor McGregor was spotted on board the 36.8 metre Sunseeker superyacht. The Irish fighter has been known to charter superyachts in the past, but in June 2020 was reportedly enjoying himself aboard The Devocean. In an Instagram post, McGregor is seen pouring himself a glass of Irish whiskey in the saloon and also spending time on the water making good use of the yacht's SeaDoo. The Devocean was delivered in 2008 and can welcome up to 10 guests. She features a distinct dark hull and boasts amenities including large bar area, a hot tub and a dining space on her upper dining deck. 

The Devotion is available for charter with Bluewater Yachting for a weekly charter rate of €100,000.

Sylvester Stallone - Hurricane Run

Hollywood legend Sylvester Stallone was spotted enjoying a luxury yacht charter with his family in the French Riviera on board Hurricane Run. His family made the most of the 53.5 metre Feadship’s extensive toy box and were snapped paddle boarding and canoeing. Two of his daughters even braved jumping from the sundeck. Delivered in 2009, Hurricane Run has accommodation for 12 guests in her contemporary Terence Disdale interior, which is dotted with unique artwork and sculptures. Her sundeck boasts a large Jacuzzi and loungers for making the most of the sun during the day. At night it can be transformed into a party area thanks to its multi-zone sound and visual system.

Beyoncé - Kismet

Power couple Beyoncé and Jay-Z were spotted taking a break from their On The Run II world tour on board 95 metre superyacht Kismet. They were joined by their three children, twins Rumi and Sir Carter and eldest daughter Blue Ivy, for a cruise along Italy’s western coastline, stopping in Ponza, Capri and Solerno. Built by Shahid Khan, owner of Fulham Football Club and the Jacksonville Jaguars, Kismet is one of the world’s most expensive yachts for charter. Her lavish art deco interiors were created by Reymond Langton Design and feature a piano lounge and bar, and multiple cocktail lounges - perfect for parties. She also has a gym with stunning sea views and a serious on-the-water spa. On deck, guests can relax with a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, a firepit surrounded by sofas, and a semi-shaded lounge that’s perfect for catching the last of the day's sun.

A classic superyacht whose fame has stood the test time, 49.45 metre Highlander is famous for her celebrity guests. Originally built for Malcolm Forbes, a myriad of stars have stepped on board, from actors and rock stars to politicians and presidents. Past guests have included President Ronald Reagan, Margaret Thatcher and Prince Charles while musicians Paul McCartney and Mick Jagger and actors Liz Taylor and Robert De Niro have all made appearances on board Highlander. She can sleep up to 12 guests in seven cabins and boasts a colourful skylounge with a Champagne bar and cosy seating, as well as a most sophisticated main saloon. Guests can also make the most of her private office with stunning wood panelling and flooring, her artistic floating marble staircase and her spacious TV lounge.
