$1M price cut on Intermarine motor yacht Balaju

The 44.5 metre motor yacht Balaju, listed for sale by Mark Elliott at IYC, has had a further $1,000,000 price reduction.
Built in GRP by Italian yard Intermarine to ABS class, Balaju was delivered in 2002 and refitted in 2007. An interior designed by Francois Zuretti features a main saloon in white limed oak, an oat coloured carpet, two marble-topped low tables, an oak burl table, two white sofas and three blue armchairs. Timeless styling, beautiful furnishings and sumptuous seating feature throughout her living areas to create an elegant and comfortable atmosphere.
Unusually, the saloon has a gym with a treadmill, bench, assorted weights, mats and various exercise equipment. The saloon leads to a dining area with a large, oval table with seating for 10 to 12 guests. The dining area and the main saloon can be divided with sliding doors and an electrically operated opaque screen.
Accommodation in this yacht for sale is for 10 guests in five cabins. These consist of a luxurious full beam master suite on the main deck with a private study and four double cabins below, all with marble en suite bathrooms. She is also capable of carrying up to 10 crew on board in five cabins.
The sky lounge is situated aft on the bridge deck and features a retractable 42 inch Sony television set, a marble and leather bar, a fixed sofa on the starboard side, two low tables and one games table. Twin 1,350hp Caterpillar engines give her a cruising speed of 10 knots.
