The 42.5-metre sailing yacht Legato has been launched from Mengi Yay's facility in Tuzla, Turkey. This marks the first of three launches planned for this year, with the other two hulls belonging to the 47-metre Serenissima series according to BOATPro.
She is currently available for sale with David Legrand and Alain Auvare of Fraser and asking €14,000,000.
Legato belongs to the shipyard's flagship sailing series and has been built with a steel hull and aluminium composite superstructure to RINA class. She was designed by Ginton Naval Architects.
Accommodation is across five cabins, including a centrally-located owner's cabin. Interiors are owed to Wetzels Brown Partners, with renderings revealing a colourful, contemporary aesthetic complemented by abstract art and plentiful windows. Other standout features include an al fresco dining area, spacious sundeck and swimming platform.
Equipped with twin Yanmar engines, Legato has a cruising speed of 10 knots with a capacity to reach a maximum speed of 15 knots.
