The 40 metre classic canoe stern motor yacht Seagull of Cayman is sold with Bruce Leffers at Northrop & Johnson representing the seller and Yves di Lena at YDL Yachting acting for the buyer.
Seagull of Cayman was built in steel and aluminium by the Dutch yard Feadship to a design by De Voogt Naval Architects and delivered in 1980 with a full refit in 2006. With interior styling by Robin Rose and ABS classed, she accommodates 12 guests in an on-deck master suite and five double cabins, all with full en suite bathroom facilities.
Outdoors, Seagull of Cayman offers multiple choices for al fresco entertaining and dining including a large covered aft deck and an extensive flybridge sheltered by a Bimini top. Powered by twin 675hp GM engines, she has a range of 3,200 nautical miles at her cruising speed of 13 knots.
Her broker comments: “It is obvious she has been blessed with a knowledgeable owner and crew, and has been upgraded with the utmost care and forethought.”
Currently on the way to her new owner in Genoa, Italy, Seagull of Cayman was asking $995,000.
