The 44.8-metre Intermarine motor yacht Princess Anna has been sold with Burgess representing the seller and Dimitris Molfesis of DM Yachts introducing the buyer.

Built of GRP by Italian yard Intermarine, Princess Anna was delivered in 2002 to the collaborative design efforts of Tommaso Spadolini and the late Paolo Scanuto, whereas her interior was completed by François Zuretti. The ABS-classed vessel has crossed the Atlantic more than 18 times in her lifetime and underwent a multi-million-dollar refit in 2021.

Princess Anna was asking $7,499,000

Upgrades included new interiors, a "state-of-the-art" AV system, new appliances, refurbished teak decks, full technical and mechanical overhauls and new tenders and toys. The broker has said the yacht "has been meticulously maintained by her experienced owners", which was recently reflected by the completion of her 20-year class survey in 2022.

Accommodation is for 10 guests across five cabins, including a main deck owner’s suite that is full beam with a double berth to port and lounge area to starboard. The remaining four guest cabins are found on the lower deck comprised of two doubles and two twins.

The main saloon features two lounge areas, one with a piano integrated into the cabinetry and a second facing a large television screen, as well as a formal dining area with a large oval table seating up to 12 guests. The dining area and the main saloon can be separated by sliding doors and an electrically operated opaque screen.

On deck, there are plenty of spaces for guests to enjoy, including al fresco dining on the bridge deck aft. Princess Anna's large sun deck offers sunbathing, a full wet bar, a BBQ, a Jacuzzi and an outdoor cinema screen.

Twin 1,350hp Caterpillar diesel engines give the 447GT vessel a top speed of 16 knots, a cruising speed of 12 knots and a transatlantic range of 3,850 nautical miles. The yacht also boasts Naiad fin stabilisers for enhanced comfort and stability, as well as four tenders including a 9.1-metre Cigarette chase boat and a five-metre Castoldi jet tender.

Princess Anna was asking $7,499,000.
