The new build 42 metre motor yacht Project Anatomic 42 has changed central agencies and is now listed for sale by Sebastiano Pitasi at Engel & Volkers Yachting.
The Russian client who commissioned this 42 metre Eurocraft design several years ago walked away from the project midway through the build at Italy's Tiranian Yachts. The renderings show a sporty semi-displacement motor yacht with a long stripe of glazing that swoops to a dynamic bow shape. Now, the aluminimum hull and superstructure are complete, and the two Cummins generators and twin 3,650hp MTU diesel engines are in place.
However, the interior remains a blank canvas for someone to create their dream ride. The initial drawings suggest generous space in two layouts: an 'open' version with a freeflow flybridge layout, featuring a lounge area, long bar, dining table and a whirlpool with a spacious sunbathing area; and a 'targa' with a large sky saloon with a generous bar and lounge that has a sliding glass roof to allow guests to relax inside yet beneath the stars.
Accommodation is planned to be for 10 guests in five cabins aboard this yacht for sale. The master suite includes a spa and extra study, and should be bright with good views thanks to expansive windows. She's no slouch either: Anatomic is projected to cruise at 24 knots and hit a maximum speed of 28 knots.
Full completion can be expected within 12 months from signature of contract and Anatomic 42 is asking €14,750,000.
