Andrew Cilla at Luke Brown Yachts alerts me to a $300,000 price drop on his central listing for sale, the 28m motor yacht Triple Net.
A flush deck motor yacht, Triple Net was delivered in 2001 by Taiwan's Monte Fino yard in 2001 under the name of Babe. An open plan interior layout in high gloss cherry wood had a facelift in 2013 with new headliners, soft goods and a paint job.
Accommodation for up to 10 guests is flexible with a full beam master suite located amidships with an en suite shower and bathroom. The forward VIP stateroom is large and comfortable and also has excellent en suite facilities. Forward of the master are two expansive twin cabins with en suite facilities. Each of these twin berth staterooms can be reconfigured with the berths pushed together to create queen size beds, and each also has a Pullman berth.
Triple Net also features a spacious flybridge with a hard top, full walk-around decks, a large aft deck and a sizeable swim platform, while twin 1,400hp Caterpillar engines give her a cruising speed of 20 knots and maximum speed of 24 knots.
Lying in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Triple Net is down from $2.25 million to $1.95 million.
