The 34.53 metre motor yacht Settlement has been listed for sale by William Burns at Sunseeker London.
Built in GRP by British yard Sunseeker International to RINA class, she was delivered in 2015 as one of the yard’s Sunseeker 115 Sport Yacht models. The interiors in the yard’s signature black American walnut panelling accommodate 10 guests in five cabins consisting of a main-deck master suite with a mini bar, two doubles and two twins, all with entertainment centres, television screens and en-suite bathroom facilities. In addition, there are quarters for four crew aboard this yacht for sale.
The open-plan saloon has extensive seating on cream coloured settees with black lacquered coffee tables, a full wet bar and an entertainment centre including a 55-inch television screen and a System Orca sound system. A special feature here is a pair of port and starboard sea balconies accessed via sliding patio doors. Forward is a formal dining area with seating for up to 10 guests.
The aft cockpit is fitted with everything needed for al fresco entertaining and dining including built-in bench seating and a table and chairs along with a full wet bar and ice maker. Protection from the sun is afforded by a retractable roller canopy.
Up on the flybridge are two helm positions, a bar, ice maker, spa tub, seating and dining areas, sheltered by a hard top. Twin 2,640hp MTU diesel engines power her to speeds of up to 25 knots.
